BISP Dynamic Survey, New Way to Enroll in BISP Programmes

A few years ago, BISP was conducting door-to-door surveys to gather information about poor families. In the old method, eligible households were receiving funds continuously without an exit system. The door-to-door survey has been discontinued, and a new method has been introduced.

The BISP Dynamic Survey is a new method designed to address the drawbacks of the old system. Poor households can visit the nearest BISP office to participate in this survey. I will provide you with information about the dynamic survey and how you can enroll.

What is the BISP Dynamic Survey?

The BISP Dynamic Survey is a method for collecting information about poor families. Unlike the old survey method, this approach updates beneficiary information frequently. Instead of gathering information just once, the dynamic survey aims to stay updated with the beneficiary’s life.

How Does a Dynamic Survey Work?

Over time, families’ statuses change. New family members may join, while others may leave. According to the dynamic survey, beneficiaries must provide updated information about any changes in the family to BISP. Beneficiaries will automatically exit the program after 3 years. If you wish to re-enroll in the program, there are two scenarios.

The first scenario is if your family hasn’t changed in 2 years. In this case, you can participate in the survey again after two years. The second scenario is if there are changes in your family, like a birth or death. In this situation, you don’t have to wait for two years.

Note: If you have participated in survey in 2021 or before past 2 years, please participate in the dynamic survey before 30 September 2024. Otherwise, you will be removed from the BISP programme.

How to Enroll in the Dynamic Survey?

The families with records in the BISP database will receive an invitation message for the dynamic survey. Upon receiving the message from 8171, visit the designated BISP tehsil office on the specified date. Other individuals who haven’t been surveyed yet can also participate in the survey.

Note: If you receive a message confirming your eligibility, you can also register your children for the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif.

When Will You Get the Money After the Survey?

Keep in mind that you won’t receive money immediately after your survey. The survey is open until September 30, 2024. BISP aims to complete the dynamic survey by September 2024 and then determine eligibility.

After September 2024, they will check your eligibility. It’s important to note that there is no fee for the dynamic survey or any type of registration at BISP. You will be notified about your eligibility status in November or December 2024. Money will be distributed to the beneficiaries based on the results.

How to Participate in the Survey in Case of Fingerprint Failure?

If your fingerprint cannot be verified during the BISP dynamic survey, there’s a quick solution available. You can bring another family member, like your son, daughter, or husband, with you. They can visit the BISP office on your behalf for the survey of your family.
